Bob Allen Wins Prestigious George W. Yancey Award for Best Article in the Defense Counsel Journal

At the 2009 Annual Meeting of the International Association of Defense Counsel at the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, Bob Allen was named the recipient of the George W. Yancey Memorial Award, which is given annually to honor the authors of the best article published in the Defense Counsel Journal in the previous year. Along with Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson partners Scott M. Seaman and John E. DeLascio, their article: Emerging Issues: Global Warming Claims and Coverage Issues, 76 Defense Counsel Journal 12 (Vol. 1 Jan. 2009) was named the best article published in the Defense Counsel Journal for 2008-09.
