Bob Allen Speaks on The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Insurance Claims and Litigation

In November 2024, Bob participated on a panel analyzing issues raised by insurers use of
artificial intelligence at the American College of Coverage Counsel’s Law School Symposium at
the University of Minnesota. After a discussion of the issues, Bob represented the insurer in a
mock argument over discovery issues involved in a hypothetical motion to compel.
On January 28, 2025, Bob participated on a panel discussing the Impact of Artificial
Intelligence on Property Casualty Claims at the Windstorm Insurance Network in Dallas. Bob
focused his remarks on the ethics and responsibility aspects involved with using artificial
intelligence in adjusting property claims.
