Bob Allen Featured in an IADC Speaks Podcast on Pro Bono Opportunities

The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) produces a regular podcast, IADC Speaks, which explores a wide variety of topics faced by its members. In this version of IADC Speaks, Bob recollects his pro bono experiences in obtaining coverage for a prematurely born baby who was denied coverage for an expensive procedure because his birth certificate was not provided within 60 days of his birth and his feeling of misery when failing to reverse a $7,500 judgment against a party unsophisticated with the civil legal system.
