Bob Allen Elected to Three-Year Term to the Board of Regents of the American College of Coverage Counsel

At the 2019 Annual Meeting at the Chicago Athletic Association, the Fellows of the American College of Coverage Counsel elected Bob Allen to their Board of Regents. Bob will serve the organization as a Regent through 2022.
The American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), established in 2012, is the preeminent association of U.S. and Canadian lawyers who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders. The ACCC’s mission is to advance the creative, ethical, and efficient adjudication of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes; to enhance the civility and quality of the practice of insurance law; to provide peer-reviewed scholarship; and to improve of the relationship between and among the members of our profession.
ACCC’s mission includes educating all sectors involved in insurance disputes — including the judiciary, legal and insurance professionals, and businesses — on critical topics such as best practices in policy formation and claims handling, developing trends in insurance law, and bad faith.
The ACCC is equally divided between policyholder counsel and insurer counsel. Membership is limited and by invitation only.
